How It's Made
Understanding the production process helps you appreciate the craftsmanship and communicate the product story to your customers.
Crystal singing bowls are manufactured from high-purity quartz sand that is heated to over 2,000 degrees Celsius and spun in a centrifugal mold. The molten quartz forms into a bowl shape as it cools. Frosted bowls are left with the natural textured surface, while clear bowls undergo additional polishing. Gemstone-infused bowls have crushed gemstones mixed into the quartz before melting. Each bowl is tuned to a specific note using precise thickness control during the spinning process.
